We can offer free accounts because we do also offer premium accounts, which are paid. For most clients, it is enough to have a free account, but some might need premium accounts. Our infrastructure is able to handle both types of accounts. We hope to convert free users to premium one day. This is our marketing strategy in the long term.
We are also aware that most of our clients will still be satisfied with free accounts. This is good. We are happy to serve those free accounts.
