Not being able to sign-in might have several different reasons. Your account might be banned, closed, suspended or simply your authcode might be wrong.
if you get this error message then your authcode is wrong. At this time there is no way to recover an authcode because we have no other information about you other than an authcode. If you still maintain an old account with login & password pair, we strongly encourage you to use authcode. You may then still use forgot password function to restore your password by email verification.
Not verified accounts cannot sign-in. Once you register you will receive an email containing a special link. This link is responsible to verify your email address which is also your login. If you have missed this email for some reason you may still use forgot password function to send you a new link where you can change your password. Changing your password also verifies your account.
Blocked or Suspended Account
Although we offer lifetime free accounts it has one limitation such as having a quota for fair-use-policy. Once your account is blocked, you will receive an email with many details in it and your account will be released the next day, after exactly 24 hours after the suspension.
You may have closed your account and this immediately closes your account and prevents signing in. In such a case you will not be able to use forgot password function at all. Closed Accounts are not reversible.
Old version warning
We do suspend too old versions, if your client is too old, you might not be able to sign in with this client. This warning has nothing to do with your account. This has to do with the software version you use. If we detect an old software version, we prevent you from being able to sign in. Please go ahead and download the latest version, this will help you to sign in with your password.
